KEMASKINI: Isu gangguan perkhidmatan Celcom telah diselesaikan dan pulih sepenuhnya pada 3.30 petang. Pengguna yang terkesan diminta untuk menghidupkan semula (restart) peranti.
Celcom hari ini mengesahkan perkhidmatan telekomunikasi syarikat itu sedang mengalami gangguan bagi panggilan dan data. Perkara tersebut diumumkan melalui akaun rasmi Celcom di Twitter.

Menurut Celcom, masalah itu melibatkan beberapa kawasan di seluruh negara. Penyedia perkhidmatan telekomunikasi itu turut menyatakan isu tersebut sedang dibaikpulih dan perkhidmatan tersebut dijangka pulih sepenuhnya pada jam 5 petang ini.
